Crash Tested Bi-Folding Gates CSG 10640 & 10650
Cova Security Gates 10640 Crash Tested Trackless Bi-Folding Gate & 10650 Crash Tested Trackless Bi-Folding Gate.
The CSG 10640/50 is the world’s FIRST EVER crash tested Bi-Folding Gate has been developed over a 35-year history of innovation, completely designed and manufactured in the UK and tested to PAS 68 standards.
All of our crash tested products have proven to successfully protect Critical National Infrastructure worldwide from vehicle borne attack.
Our crash tested bi-folding gates are trusted by clients across the globe including governments, military, petrochemical, financial, transport and utilities, supported both internationally and locally by our experienced qualified installation, commissioning and maintenance engineers.
This automated bi fold gate is capable of blending seamlessly with any building or site perimeter, remaining outwardly similar to a non-crash tested Trackless Bi Folding Gate.
The CSG 10640/50 bi-folding gate is driven by a field-proven hydraulic drive system that provides an open time of 9 seconds and can be closed fully locked and secure at 11 seconds. It is fully capable of continuous operation – 100% duty cycle.
The CSG 10640/50 bi-folding gate requires a minimal foundation depth of 380mm, ideally suited to shallow and/or utility-congested substructure.
Tested width of 4200mm between posts and 3500mm effective height.
This bi-folding gate is able to accept any architectural enhancement over and above its standard construction format, lending itself to the continuation of any high security fencing specification, powered fence or security toppings across the normally vulnerable vehicular entrance/exit to site.
It can be finished to blend with the installed environment, eg additional cladding or mesh facia.
