Cova Security Gates are again awarded the Cyber Essentials Certification, the government-backed scheme, which assures our clients we are trustworthy and secure when it comes to cyber security.
CYBER ESSENTIALS
Cyber Essentials is a government-backed certification, awarded to companies who follow the core principles of cyber security outlined by the Cyber Essentials scheme.
It demonstrates to all businesses or customers we work with, our commitment to data security and that we have adequate security measures in place.
It is in line with the Government's National Cyber Security Strategy to make the UK a safer place to do business, and we are pleased to announce that Cova Security Gates are again, for the 3rd year running are Cyber Essentials compliant.
Being certified demonstrates to our customers and suppliers that we take cyber security seriously and will reassure all our existing and new clients that we have government backed cyber security measures in place.
This means Cova Security Gates are protected from a wide variety of the most common cyber attacks.
Certification gives peace of mind that our defences will protect us against from the vast majority of common cyber attacks simply because these attacks are looking for targets who do not have the Cyber Essentials technical controls in place.
Cyber Essentials Certification will also allow us to bid for central government contracts where they may require handling sensitive and personal information or the provision of certain technical, security or classified types of products and services.
