Project Background
Aerotron Group was established in 1973 and is one of Europe's leading supplier the aviation industry specialising in component support solutions to number of major OEM's and airline customers around the world.
Their modern 100,000 sqft environmentally controlled warehouse is based on Manor Royal Business Estate in Crawley, conveniently located adjacent to Gatwick Airport and almost opposite Cova Security Gates HQ.
Client Requirement
Aerotron had experienced a number of incidents where trespassers kept repeatedly gaining access to the area surrounding their main large warehouse building.
Following a complete review of their perimeter security, Aerotron decided to upgrade their existing fencing as well as invest in robust, reliable electric powered gates to their main delivery entrance and staff car park and through a third party, approached Cova Security Gates for their solution.
Their specific requirement was that their new gates needed to work quickly, to allow both delivery lorries and cars to enter and exit their premises with the minimum of fuss, whilst maintaining the highest security for when their building was closed.
